Hello, 

I’m Tim 😊 

For over 10 years I have been working in the charitable and non-profit sector on the ground, and know all too well the feeling of spreading yourself too thin!

After years of delivering projects at my youth club, then staying up late to catch a grant deadline that had just come in, I ended up burning out. I needed more capacity, better strategy, and better training and experience. From this, I dedicated a huge amount of time researching, training and learning how best, and most efficiently, to fundraise for projects that work on the ground. 

Now, I dedicate my time to sharing what I’ve learned with small charities and non-profits to help them reach their potential, and help the most people. 

Although we have officially become a CIC in April 2021, and now have a small team working towards our shared vision, I have been working towards this for the past two years. So far, my team has grown organically, from genuine interest to be part of a project that really helps people.  

We have raised over 1 million pounds for 45 different community organisations and charities, delivered high quality fundraising strategy consultation, and trained 74 volunteers and partner organisations to complete grant applications themselves. 

We’re excited for the future, and feel confident in our ability to achieve our aim of creating a more sustainable non-profit sector for good!
